Scope
These terms govern your use of cloudaccounthub.com (the site) and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Listings and descriptions
Each listing describes an account on a named third-party provider, offered in one or more options. The option label is the description of what is offered. Guides and articles on the site explain provider concepts in general terms and are provided for information; they do not extend a listing beyond its label. Provider trial, credit and quota programmes are governed by the provider and may change without notice.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order number. Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot fulfil it, where payment cannot be confirmed, or where we reasonably believe the order breaches these terms; any payment taken for a cancelled order is returned.
Acceptable use
You agree to use any account obtained through the site in compliance with the applicable provider's terms of service and acceptable use policy and with applicable law, including anti-spam and data protection law. You must not use the site or any account for unsolicited bulk email, fraud, abuse, or any unlawful purpose. We do not provide, and support will not provide, assistance with getting around provider identity checks, sending limits, port restrictions or other provider controls.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery is described in the Delivery Policy. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Trademarks and independence
Provider names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on the site for identification only. CloudAccountHub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any provider.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as is, and our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
