FAQ

How ordering works, what the listings include, and how support answers questions.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Open a listing, choose one option in the pricing panel, and select Add to cart. The cart page shows the option name and price exactly as listed. Continue to checkout, enter your details, and complete payment. An order number is issued as soon as the order is placed and appears in the My account area.

Do I need an account on CloudAccountHub to order?

Guest checkout is enabled, so an account is optional. Creating one lets you see order history and reuse your details. Your account here is separate from any cloud provider account you order.

Can I order more than one option or more than one listing at once?

Yes. Each option you add appears as its own line in the cart. You can add options from different listings before checking out.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US dollars and are shown exactly as listed on the product page, in the cart and at checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The payment methods available to you are shown on the checkout page. If a method you expected is missing, contact support before ordering and we will confirm the current options.

Can I ask a question before I order?

Yes. Use the contact page to ask about an option, availability or whether a listing fits a specific workload. Every product page also carries a support panel beside the pricing panel.

Listings and options

What is included with a listing?

Each listing is an account on the named provider, offered in one or more options. The option label is the description of what is offered, and the product guide explains the provider concept the label refers to (a vCPU quota, a credit balance, a server limit, a sending limit). Nothing beyond the label is promised. If a detail matters to you, ask support to confirm it before ordering.

Why do some listings show two options with the same name?

They are listed separately in the source data, in one case at different prices. They appear as separate options in the pricing panel so you can choose the one support confirms. Ask before ordering if you are unsure which to pick.

What do "Free Trial", "Credits" and "Pay As You Go" labels mean?

They describe the account state or programme the option is listed under, using the provider's own vocabulary. Trial and promotional credit terms are set by each provider and change over time, and the guides describe those programmes only in general terms. Check the provider's current documentation, linked from every guide, for the terms that apply today.

What does "Open 25 Port" or "Port 25 Open" mean?

Most providers restrict outbound SMTP on port 25 for new accounts by default. An option with that label is listed with the port available, as labeled. It is meant for legitimate application, notification and transactional email that follows the provider's acceptable use policy and anti-spam law. Unsolicited bulk email is not an acceptable use on any provider listed here, and support will not assist with it.

What do the AWS "Bedrock Enabled" and "10K RPM" labels mean?

Amazon Bedrock is the AWS service for hosted foundation models, and access to models is governed by per-model quotas that include requests per minute (RPM). The labels describe the Bedrock state and RPM tier the option is listed under. The AWS product guide explains these concepts in Amazon's terms and points to the AWS documentation.

Is CloudAccountHub affiliated with any provider?

No. CloudAccountHub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Alibaba, DigitalOcean, Akamai, OVHcloud, Hetzner, UpCloud, Kamatera, Vultr, BinaryLane or any other provider. Names and marks are used for identification only.

Delivery, support and policies

How is an order delivered?

Delivery details are set out in the Delivery Policy and repeated on your order confirmation. Keep your order number; support references it in every reply.

What should I do first after taking over an account?

Set a budget and billing alerts, enable multi-factor authentication, create least-privilege users or roles instead of working as the root or owner identity, review regions and quotas, and read the provider's terms and acceptable use policy. Each product guide ends with a checklist, and the Cloud Library's account handover checklist covers the same steps across providers.

How do I contact support?

Through the contact page. Include your order number if the question is about an existing order. Replies go to the email address you enter.

What is the refund position?

The Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled. Read it before ordering, and contact support with your order number if something about an order is not as listed.

How is my personal data handled?

The Privacy Policy describes what is collected at checkout and through the contact form, and how it is used. The Terms of Service set out the conditions of using the site and placing orders.
