Delivery Policy
How delivery works
All listings are digital. After checkout you receive an order confirmation with your order number. Delivery details for the option you ordered are provided through the order page in the My account area and by email to the address on the order.
Timing
Orders are processed in the order received. If confirmation of availability is needed for a particular option, support will contact you through the order thread before delivery. If you have not received delivery details within the time stated on your order confirmation, contact support with your order number.
After delivery
Follow the checklist at the end of the product guide: set budgets and billing alerts, enable multi-factor authentication, create least-privilege users, and read the provider's terms and acceptable use policy. Keep your order number for any support request.
